Guided by the philosophy "Keep your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground," Earlecia Richelle, founder of studioER, has spent over two decades building visionary brands with cultural impact in the fashion, F&B, and hospitality industries. Her multicultural upbringing, raised by a Panamanian father and an African American mother in the aviation industry, exposed her to underrepresented global perspectives at an early age and fueled her mission to share overlooked stories.
With a master's in cultural studies from the London College of Fashion, Earlecia brings an anthropological approach to brand building. She has worked with leading companies such as Essence, Condé Nast, LVMH, and Bacardi, and celebrated designers including June Ambrose, Anna Sui, Laura Kim, and Sasha Bikoff. Her leadership drove cultural relevance for Grey Goose and fueled St-Germain's growth, as she spearheaded over 100 immersive experiences across 10 countries. Her contributions have earned recognition from Forbes, Tales of the Cocktail, and Black Women in Food.
As one of the few women of color in creative leadership in these spaces, Earlecia recognized the need for change. She saw how the industry's lack of diversity not only posed a social challenge but also stifled innovation. This led to the creation of studioER, a consultancy firm aiming to transform the creative industry's monochromatic landscape. She assembled a collective of strategists, researchers, and creatives to alchemize cultural insights into inclusive design, resonant storytelling, and transcendent experiences.
Earlecia leverages her platform to lead conversations around cultural exchange and human connection, advocating for a more equitable and vibrant creative world that celebrates diversity and fosters innovation. Her commitment to creating space for all voices continues to drive change and inspire the next generation of creative leaders.
